Before we knew it, Christmas Day had arrived. Hanging up our tree decorations reminded us of all the wonderful cold Christmasses we had spent in England and how eagerly we waited every year for snow to transform the countryside (it never came!). Well, here we were on our first USA Christmas day with glorious sunshine and 22 dgr C! It somehow did not feel right but we still had a special time with friends and family.
