At last - we meet the college in Santa Clarita where Francois will commence his studies later this month. It was 100 dgr F outside, so we just jumped out and took 2 quick pics. It's all beginning to feel very real now, after months of planning via the internet/phone it was good to be at the bricks+mortar place itself.
We then went to celebrate getting our car! That's it, peeking out behind Ryk and Francois, a white Dodge. The ice-creams cost a fortune but were delicious and well worth the journey.
The interstate freeway that I'll need to travel on between our house and Francois' college , twice daily...about half hour drive in smooth traffic.
